Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of immigration and visa consultancy projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. This full-time, in office role in Canada includes planning and coordinating project activities, managing resources, and monitoring progress across multiple client engagements. The position involves leading project teams, tracking documentation and compliance milestones,



and collaborating closely with consultants, expeditors, and inspection personnel. The Senior Project Manager will also optimize logistics related to client files and submissions, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders. In addition, this role contributes to process improvement, supports strategic initiatives, and helps maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
Experience in expediting activities, with knowledge of Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to keep deliverables on schedule.
Background in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Competence in Logistics Management, including coordination of documentation flows, timelines, and resource allocation.
