The Role Overview
We are looking to onboard a Digital Distribution & Analytics Specialist — someone who is equal parts executor and analyst. You will be the person who ensures that every piece of content iDream Education produces finds its right audience, on the right channel, at the right time — and then comes back with data that tells us what worked (or did not) and why.

Your responsibility begins where the content ends. You will own the distribution of assets — social posts, email campaigns, listing updates, app store content, and more — across a wide and growing portfolio of digital channels. At the same time, you will own the analytics layer:



tracking performance, surfacing insights, and working with the content and design team to continuously sharpen our channel strategy.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, but is highly cooperative across teams.
