Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer role is a full-time position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities for welding and cutting machines, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Senior Sales Engineer will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, understand customer requirements,



and recommend suitable solutions. Daily tasks include preparing quotations, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and providing post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to sales strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications
