Role Description The Pizza Chef role at MITTI Café is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, including dough preparation, sauce making, topping assembly, and oven management, while following standardized recipes. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, and managing ingredients inventory related to pizzas and other food and beverage items. The Pizza Chef will collaborate with the café team to support service during peak hours, coordinate with front-of-house staff, and assist in training team members, including adults with disabilities, in basic pizza preparation tasks. The role also involves keeping workstations clean, complying with all food safety regulations, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment for colleagues and guests.
