Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Sales Office Coordinator. The Sales Office Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, support sales operations, and maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include effective communication with clients,



processing sales orders, organizing schedules, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring seamless office workflows to support the company’s operations.
Qualifications

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient management of office and sales-related tasks.
Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and proactive support.
Experience in Sales to support and enhance the company’s sales efforts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Proficiency in using office software tools and systems is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role within retail or hardware industries is an advantage.
