? We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Account Manager – B2B Marketplaces
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our business across leading B2B and e-commerce marketplaces, including Flipkart, Moglix & IndustryBuying.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of Flipkart, Moglix and IndustryBuying accounts.
Drive marketplace sales, revenue, profitability and overall account growth.
Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory and promotions.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, fulfillment and marketplace SLAs.
Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility, conversion and sales.
Coordinate with marketplace KAMs for campaigns, offers and business growth opportunities.
Analyze marketplace performance, sales trends and competitor pricing.
Prepare regular MIS, sales reports and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, logistics, finance and customer support.
Identify new opportunities to expand the product portfolio and marketplace presence.
? Candidate Profile




2–5 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace account management.
Hands-on experience with Flipkart, Moglix, IndustryBuying or similar B2B marketplaces.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, pricing, cataloguing and promotions.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to take ownership of sales targets and account performance.
