Role Description The Talent Manager is a INTERNSHIP, REMOTE role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and developing the organization’s talent pool. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new talent, maintaining relationships with existing talent, and coordinating schedules, contracts, and performance-related requirements. The role involves collaborating with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the right talent is engaged for events and projects. The Talent Manager will track performance metrics, provide feedback and development support,



and help design talent strategies that align with business goals. This role also includes handling talent-related inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive, inclusive environment for all talent.
Qualifications
Experience in talent management, artist relations, or human resources in media, entertainment, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort with data tracking, basic reporting, and using digital tools or HR/Talent management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
