Program Structure
Phase 1 – Classroom Training | Month 1 & 2
You will undergo structured training covering IT consulting fundamentals, business analysis, requirement gathering, ERP and enterprise applications, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and qualified skills.

Phase 2 – Paid Live Project Internship | Month 3 & 4
You will gain hands-on exposure to live projects, including client meetings, requirement discussions, process mapping, documentation, software testing, UAT, user training, and project coordination.
Internship Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month for 2 months.

Phase 3 – Full-Time Employment | Month 5 Onwards
