Role Description The C, C++ and Programming Trainer at ML360 Educations is responsible for delivering structured training sessions on C, C++, and foundational programming concepts to students and professionals. This full time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site classes and some work-from-home tasks such as curriculum development, assignment design, and online mentoring.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in classrooms or virtual environments, demonstrating coding techniques, guiding learners through practice exercises, and evaluating their progress with assessments and feedback. The trainer collaborates with the academic team to update course content, integrate programming with data science and analytics topics, and ensure that training materials reflect current industry standards. The role also involves providing doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring learners on best coding practices, and supporting them in building small projects and portfolios.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming, including data structures, algorithms, memory management, and object-oriented programming.
