PURPOSE:
The analyst will play a key technical role in analysing large data sets to mine business critical insights, build reports & dashboards, and working with team members & business stakeholders to deliver outstanding business outcomes for problems across VS&Co;:

You would be building reports and dashboards on any of the below areas:

Customer analytics,
Marketing analytics,
Product analytics,
Loyalty analytics,
Enterprise analytics.

You have a deep interest and passion for technology. You love writing and owning codes and enjoy working with people who will keep challenging you at every stage. You have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making, and excellent communication with interpersonal skills. You are self-driven and motivated with the desire to work in a rapid-paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities.

You will work directly on analytics problems that have the most impact on VS&Co;'s customer file growth and insights driving customer growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




An Analyst will work very closely with business stakeholders and lead analysts; he/she would be responsible for building reports and dashboards for our business problems across e-commerce, stores, customer, marketing, and media. He/she would play a critical role in answering business critical questions that are time-sensitive and deliver insights that drive strategy and planning decisions.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Any Engineering Degree

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1-3yrs of relevant experience in Analytics, preferably in Retail
Critical Thinking - Ability to frame problems and break them down into components.
Data Interpretation - Drawing actionable insights from data; Understanding trends, anomalies, and business implications.
Business Acumen - Domain knowledge (e.g., marketing, customer, finance); Translating business questions into data queries.
Storytelling with Data - Presenting data in a compelling
