About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst - Sales Quality & CRM who can turn sales calls, CRM data and performance numbers into actionable insights. You will be responsible for monitoring sales quality, analysing funnel performance, maintaining CRM discipline and creating data-driven reports that help the sales team improve. The role also involves using AI, automation and analytical tools to make sales monitoring and reporting faster, smarter and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

Analyse sales calls using third-party call intelligence and conversation analytics tools.
Convert raw sales and CRM data into actionable insights for process improvement, target setting and advisor coaching.
Conduct daily call audits across the sales team against defined quality parameters.




Analyse funnel conversion at every stage — Lead → Connect → Site Visit → Closure.
Monitor CRM hygiene and ensure accurate lead status, disposition, remarks, follow-up dates and next actions.
Share weekly Sales Quality & Compliance Reports with leadership.
Support AI implementation and automation to improve the speed, accuracy and efficiency of call analysis and reporting.
Convert raw sales and CRM data into actionable insights for process improvement, target setting and advisor coaching.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting, CRM checks and quality-control processes.
Conduct structured feedback sessions with sales advisors based on audited calls and performance data.

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years in sales QA, sales operations, process audit.
Exposure to any CRM — LeadSquared, Salesforce or Zoho
Strong Excel or Google Sheets — pivots, lookups, clean reports
