Must Have - Music Industry Experience

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Prime Focus :
- Responsible for overall Expansion and Growth of the Business.
- Overall in-charge of Business Operations and Management.
- Identifying, Initiating, Raising Funds and taking over Financial Planning for the Business with foresight (5 Year plan).
- Responsible for Revenue Generation & a deep understanding of the Financial Metrics is a must.
- Responsible for Increasing the Brand Value & brand marketing.
- In depth understanding of the music industry, both national and international, film and independent.
- Solid network and contacts within the Industry.
- Strong experience in Music distribution & digital marketing.
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities and talent
- Ideate and direct on content in par with the company & its brand image, approving & generating concepts and ideas.
- Resourcing Artists, Directors, and Audio & Video personnel.
- Acquiring the right star cast, influencers, story tellers, directors,



producers and team required for high quality acquisitions.
- Responsible for managing overall music audio and video production.
- Manage Music Label IP
- Responsible for the overall growth in product, diversifying and expanding the business justifying revenue & investment.
- Manage the Media & Press Relations for the business.
- Collaborate our artistes with International artistes / Production houses.
- Responsible for procuring Sponsors and brands for Music Videos and other productions, benefiting to the overall growth of the label.
- Achievement of Milestones as set out in the Business Plan
- Developing a Business Plan and presenting it to the Directors.
- Assigning Targets and Tasks further to the team so as to achieve all goals as the approved business plan, with periodical reports.
- Responsible for Marketing & Public Relations.
