Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Record to Report (RTR) Functional Analyst / Tester to provide offshore functional support for SAP Finance processes in a global manufacturing setting. This role will support production issues, enhancements, functional analysis, testing, and business process validation while working closely with onsite teams, business users, developers, and integration teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) processes and experience supporting functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an SAP RTR Functional Analyst with experience supporting finance business processes in a production support environment. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing functional issues, validating accounting transactions, supporting testing activities, and collaborating with global onsite and offshore teams.



Experience in manufacturing, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise testing tools is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
12+ years of SAP functional experience.
5+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) or RTR functional experience.
Experience supporting SAP Finance production support, enhancements, or implementation projects.
Experience participating in System Integration Testing (SIT) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Good understanding of financial accounting and reporting processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with global onsite and offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Knowledge of month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Experience with financial reporting and recon
