? We’re Hiring: Senior Research & Development Scientist – Chemistry

We are looking for an accomplished R&D; Scientist with deep expertise in Organic or Analytical Chemistry to lead method development, validation and new product development.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can translate scientific concepts into validated, scalable and commercially viable products.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead research, formulation and new product-development programmes
• Develop and optimise analytical and chemical testing methods
• Design and execute method validation, including accuracy, precision, linearity, specificity, sensitivity, robustness and reproducibility
• Translate laboratory research into stable, scalable and market-ready products
• Define experimental protocols, SOPs, specifications and quality-control procedures
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, validation reports and development records
• Investigate technical challenges, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality,



regulatory and external research partners
• Build, mentor and lead a multidisciplinary R&D; team
• Establish a structured, documentation-driven research and innovation culture

Candidate profile:

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a closely related discipline
• Strong, proven track record in method development and validation
• Demonstrated experience in recent product development and technology commercialisation
• Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation and laboratory practices
• Ability to independently plan experiments, interpret complex data and drive projects to completion
• Experience preparing SOPs, validation protocols, technical reports and product documentation
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and project-management capabilities

• Prior development of novel analytical methods, chemical formulations, reagents or products
• Patents, publica
