KRA1 Provide coordination and MIS support to the Regional Manager to capture performance parameters. 1. Collate vital data to enable decisions making by the

Regional Manager.

Provide timely reports and updates to the on-business trends and activities, gaps and opportunities.
Provide admin related assistance to Function Head.
Assist in creating availability of Dashboards HOS on key performance metrics

KRA2 Develop automation to reduce TAT and increase data integrity 1. Create MACROS/Dash boarding capabilities

Develop control checks to ensure process compliance.
