Key Responsibilities:
· Intra-logistics and Material Flow Planning for New Products and CI Changes
· Lead or support process optimization and logistics excellence initiatives across inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations.
· Drive digitalization projects in logistics—covering warehouse automation, data visibility, and digital dashboards.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
· Benchmark best practices from industry leaders to enhance Schneider’s Warehouse and logistics performance.
6–12 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics engineering, supply chain engineering,



or distribution center planning · Defining PFEP for current and future process / product lines · Experience designing large-scale warehouses and distribution centers. · Experience in manufacturing env, automotive, or 3PL environments preferred.
