We are now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations and help turn our vision into consistent execution.

The Role

As the COO of College Circle AI, you will be responsible for making sure the company moves forward every day.

The CEO will work closely with you on strategy, priorities, major decisions, and company direction. Your responsibility will be to take those priorities and turn them into execution, coordination, accountability, and measurable progress.

You will work across almost every function of the company.

What You'll Own

1. Community Program
You will manage and grow our student and campus community initiatives.
This includes:
Managing the Community Program
Coordinating campus and department ambassadors
Creating community goals and KPIs
Tracking student engagement
Coordinating with colleges and student communities
Building systems for onboarding and managing ambassadors
Collecting student feedback
Turning community activity into measurable growth
Ensuring the community team consistently executes

2. AI Operations

You will help coordinate the operational side of our AI initiatives and ensure that AI-related projects move from ideas into execution.
