Roles And Responsibility

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Engage with prospective clients in the US market to understand their business and hiring requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between clients and internal teams.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals,



and pricing information.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate contracts and assist in closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Understanding of the US business environment and sales processes.
Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
