About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Expert with 4- 5+ years of relevant work experience on Salesforce, who will own solution architecture across client engagements, from discovery through to architectural direction and delivery. The role involves working closely with business, IT, and brand stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and make and defend key architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:




Lead client discovery sessions with business, IT, and brand stakeholders, turning business needs, technical constraints, and strategic priorities
Own the Salesforce org strategy, evaluating single-org and multi-org approaches, including brand segregation, and clearly communicate the long-term implications, costs, scalability, and trade-offs
Architect the core data model across boutique, e-commerce, and distributor channels, including consumer identity, brand and market hierarchies, legal entities, and golden-record principles to enable a unified group-wide customer view.
Design a scalable security, sharing, and visibility framework that maintains separation between brands and franchise partners while enabling the wider group to access the right level of consolidated info
Define the integration architecture and system-of-record strategy across POS, e-commerce, ERP, marketing, and CDP platform
