Role Overview

As a Product Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Product, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure users have a smooth and rewarding experience across the platform.

You’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring the operational backbone behind our bill-scanning technology, rewards engine, and gaming ecosystem - turning user behavior and operational insights into actionable improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, taking ownership,



and improving user experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Scan Quality & OCR Operations

Monitor and audit the accuracy of the bill-scanning system.
Analyze failed scans and identify recurring issues or patterns.
Coordinate with the Tech team to improve scan approval rates and overall OCR accuracy.
Track scan-related issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.

Rewards & Redemption Operations

Manage gift card and voucher inventory across reward categories.
Ensure reward redemption processes remain smooth, accurate, and glitch-free.
Track and resolve operational issues related to rewards and point collection.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve reward-related issues.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the rewards experience.

Game & Engagement Tracking

Monitor the “Play & Collect” funnel across 100+ casual games.
Identify user engagement patterns, drop-of
