Identify, onboard, and activate distributors, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop strategies to increase sourcing and customer acquisition.
Distributor & Partner Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Conduct regular training sessions and product briefings for partners.
Ensure partner engagement and productivity enhancement.
Resolve distributor queries and operational issues promptly.
Operations & Process Management
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for seamless loan processing.
Ensure smooth onboarding and disbursal processes through the app.
Monitor TATs, application status, and customer experience metrics.
Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and company policies.
App & Digital Channel Coordination
Support adoption and effective usage of the distributor application.
Work closely with product and technology teams to improve user experience.
Track app usage, conversion metrics, and business performance dashboards.
Provide feedback on process improvements and digital enhancements.
