Description
As a Senior Benefits and Leave Admin Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert and critical point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience for all benefits and leave administration activities. You will navigate intricate statutory requirements, drive process improvements,



and foster strategic relationships with stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis and significantly enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end administration of all new and existing employee benefits and leave programs, including complex cases and escalated issues.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship on benefits and leave administration, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional nuances.
Serve as an escalation point and primary contact for employee inquiries, offering exceptional customer service and advanced problem-solving skills to resolve queries promptly.
