At LeadFreak, we’re looking for someone who knows where to find the right people, how to spot a good profile, and most importantly — how to start the right conversation.

What You’ll Be Doing
Find and source candidates for US-based roles
Search through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
Screen profiles and conduct initial conversations
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
Follow up with candidates and keep conversations moving
Work with the team to understand hiring requirements

What We’re Looking For
6 months–1 year of recruitment experience




US hiring exposure is a plus
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing
Positive eye for identifying relevant candidates
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You
Have used LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
Know your way around Boolean search
Have worked with ATS/CRM tools
Use AI tools to make sourcing and research smarter
