Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. In this role, the Account Manager manages day-to-day client interactions, ensuring that client needs are understood, documented, and addressed promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, monitoring account performance, and preparing regular reports and updates for stakeholders.
