Job Summary
To lead and manage Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, payroll coordination with the Shared Services Center (SSC), statutory compliance, workplace safety, and employee welfare functions to ensure a productive, compliant, and harmonious work environment. Responsible for grievance management, conflict resolution, labor relations, contract labor compliance, employee insurance programs, vendor management, crisis management, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with the Site HSE team to ensure effective implementation of health and safety programs and compliance with safety standards. Partner with employees, management, contractors, regulatory authorities, and government agencies to foster positive employee relations, maintain statutory compliance, support business continuity, and build robust relationships with external stakeholders while mitigating organizational risks.Roles & Responsibilities

Understand, demonstrate, and promote IFFCO's vision, values, ethics, and organizational culture across the business.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling,



disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee communication mechanisms to foster a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and proactive industrial relations strategies to maintain a stable, union-free workplace and strengthen employee trust and organizational commitment.
Liaise and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, labor departments, statutory bodies, regulatory agencies, local administration, industry associations, and other external stakeholders on employment, labor, and compliance matters.
Oversee contract labor administration and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, contractor regulations, wage provisions, welfare requirements, licenses, registrations, and statutory obligations.
