Job Purpose

We are seeking an Operations Support Analyst II to join our Systems Operations team, supporting the technology behind the New York Stock Exchange and affiliated markets. The ideal candidate brings 1-3+ years of production support experience, strong personal initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.



This individual actively contributes to process improvement and serves as a reliable resource for peers and junior team members.
The ability to work in a high-availability setting supporting standard and extended trading hours (including planned 23x5 extended-hours coverage), with shift rotation and/or weekend work required.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot day-to-day customer issues and provide direct, high-quality support to clients across ICE/NYSE trading platforms and data services
Communicate system maintenance windows, changes, events, and service impacts with clarity and timeliness
Take full ownership of production incidents including communication, escalation, and post-incident review documentation
Quickly assess issues and present management with well-conceived short and long-term service restoration actions
Interact with third-party vendors and coordinate with internal business units on complex service issues
Adhere to ICE/NYSE policies and escalation procedures; identify gaps and pr
