As a Senior Manager (CL6), you will lead large-scale HR transformation programs, driving end-to-end delivery across cloud HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) and org design. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, crafting custom talent strategies and managing executive relationships. We expect you to oversee change management, establish global SLAs and KPIs, and drive practice growth
