The role combines technical leadership, quality assurance, business development, client management, team leadership and mentorship, and the promotion of Ramboll’s values and qualified standards across projects and teams.
Key responsibilities
Project delivery and technical leadership
Lead and manage complex ESIA projects across sectors (e.g., infrastructure, energy, mining, transport, water).
Plan, undertake and quality assure biodiversity baseline studies, impact assessments, mitigation and management plans, stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, and monitoring programs.
Lead and/or support biodiversity baseline studies and field surveys (fauna, flora, habitats) across project sites in India.
Design and implement survey programs using standard methods (camera trapping, point counts, transects, quadrats, aquatic sampling, vegetation mapping).
