Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Coimbatore. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, industrial and development projects. Daily tasks include assisting in planning and layout, coordinating with architects and CAD teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards,



and local regulations. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to project documentation, reporting, and coordination with clients as needed.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to develop and review detailed design documents.
Experience as Civil Engineers in planning, site layout, and coordination for residential, industrial and commercial projects.
Knowledge of Planning processes, regulatory requirements, and plan approval procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
