Job Summary

CRE Matrix has an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Data Analyst to join our team in Delhi. The primary role of the Analyst will be the following

Role & responsibilities

Track real estate supply and vacancies across Office, Retail and Warehousing segments and aid in researching and understanding inconsistencies and discrepancies in datasets.
Ensure that appropriate, well-researched data is updated on the CRE Matrix portal for clients to analyse.
Gain expertise in commercial real estate analysis of a specific city and assist in writing research reports and executing consulting assignments.
Conduct market research to gather sales/letting transactions to assist the team with review work.




Prepare portfolio metric presentations and reports for key clients.
Develop an understanding of key fundamentals of the real estate industry to calculate industry key ratios.
Participate in internal/external training sessions to upskill to gain a greater understanding of the standard data analysis methods applied.

Preferred candidate profile

BBA, MBA, BSc in Data Analytics, Finance or Real Estate (or equivalent).
Previous experience in data for real estate or related experience is a plus.
Solid EXCEL skills to analyse complex assets in MS Excel.
Willingness to support teammates in tackling the group's workload
Willingness to collaborate in a fast-growing startup.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint etc.).
High attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects and portfolios; strong time-management skills.
High level of integrity and intellectual curiosity.
