Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Flight Operations Performance & Analytics team delivers the reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc analysis that shape how United runs its pilot operation.



Our work drives reliability and efficiency across the network, spanning delays and cancellations, reserve staffing, training scheduling, and irregular operations. If you want your analysis to influence decisions that move thousands of flights and crew members every day, this is where that happens.
The team builds the reporting and analysis capability that turns operational blind spots into clear, actionable visibility — so resources get directed where they matter most.
