Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs, preparing sales reports, and providing training and support to the sales team.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
