Key Responsibilities: * Develop and optimise formulations for skincare and cosmetic products * Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life * Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies * Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.) * Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units * Maintain detailed documentation and technical records Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry,
