and mentor a city-level Brand/Ad Sales team to deliver high performance.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first execution.
Set transparent sales goals and track achievement through regular reviews and feedback sessions.
Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships
Identify, acquire, and grow partnerships with regional and hyperlocal brands across categories such as F&B;, Retail, Healthcare, Fitness, Education, Beauty, and Local Services.
Monetize digital ad spaces (in-app banners, push notifications, approval screens, community forums) and on-ground formats (lift branding, kiosks, sampling, resident engagement events, OOH/DOOH).
Build and maintain strong advertiser relationships to drive renewals, frequency, and consistent revenue growth.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Ensure campaign objectives—ROI, visibility, lead generation, and engagement—are met consistently.
