and safeguard our complete IT ecosystem. Position Summary & Purpose As the IT Head at Matel, you will hold complete operational, technical, and strategic ownership of our IT organization. This is a comprehensive leadership role designed for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a high-velocity manufacturing environment. You will oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure, enterprise application management (ERP, MES, CRM), cyber security frameworks, vendor management, user support, and compliance. You will serve as the strategic bridge between corporate technology investments and plant-floor shop floor automation, ensuring 99.9% uptime, data integrity, robust security controls, and high-performance digital workflows.
