If the JD looks like something you would be interested in then please share your portfolio at Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's in Architecture Experience level of 5-8 years Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design development process from concept through detailed design and documentation, maintaining the integrity of the approved design intent throughout.



Coordinate architectural design, medical planning, interiors, structure, MEPF, medical equipment and specialist consultant inputs into an integrated and technically resolved solution. Review architectural drawings and consultant submissions for functionality, spatial quality, technical accuracy, constructability, completeness and multidisciplinary coordination. Identify unresolved design decisions, missing information, technical conflicts and coordination risks early, and drive them to closure through design reviews, consultant meetings and clearly assigned actions. Work closely with project architects and medical planners to ensure that planning principles, clinical requirements and operational relationships are preserved through design development and technical coordination. Coordinate key technical interfaces including ceiling zones, shafts, service clearances, structural interfaces
