About the Role
We are looking for a Services-focused Sales Specialist to drive enterprise adoption of
Day2Work — our AI-driven Day-2 Network Operations model.
This role is not product selling. This role requires deep understanding of Managed Services,
NOC environments, and consultative enterprise selling.
You will work closely with the Day2 Business Leader to build pipeline, engage enterprise
accounts, and convert structured operational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive enterprise sales conversations around Day-2 operational maturity
• Position AI-enabled NOC model vs traditional MSP models
• Engage CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure leaders
• Identify multi-site and distributed enterprise opportunities
• Build and manage services sales pipeline
• Support RFP responses and commercial structuring
• Coordinate technical demos and workshops
• Work closely with delivery teams for solution alignment
• Drive multi-year managed services contracts

1Strong Sales Specialist (AI-Driven Managed Services / Day2Work) Profiles
2Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum of 4+ years of total B2B enterprise sales experience, including at least 2+ years of relevant experience specifically in Managed Services, NOC Services, Infrastructure Managed Services, Network Services, AI-enabled Service Solutions, or Enterprise IT Services Sales.
3Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience selling solutions related to enterprise networking environments, including Wireless, Switching, Firewalls, WAN, along with a basic understanding of ITIL and operational governance concepts.
4Mandatory (Experience 3) Must have robust consultative and value-based selling experience, with the ability to position Managed Services, NOC Services, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise operational outcomes.
