Junior Project Manager – GCC Setup Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and governance of the GCC setup phase. The role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, HR, and Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure key activities, dependencies, and milestones are tracked and delivered as planned. The role will be responsible for maintaining project visibility, coordinating governance cadences, preparing weekly dashboards and meeting documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items across workstreams. Key Responsibilities Project & Workstream Coordination * Track and maintain the overall list of activities, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across IT, Finance & Legal, HR, and TA workstreams. * Follow up with respective workstream leads on task status, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding actions. * Identify delays, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring escalation to the relevant stakeholders.



* Maintain accurate project trackers and ensure timely updates from respective workstream owners. * Support coordination between internal teams and relevant clients/stakeholders during the GCC setup phase. Project Reporting & Dashboard Management * Prepare and maintain a weekly project dashboard highlighting: * Overall project/workstream status * Key milestones and deliverables * Completed and upcoming activities * Open actions and overdue items * Risks, issues, and dependencies * Key decisions/escalations requiring attention * Consolidate updates from various functional leads and present information in a transparent, concise, and management-friendly format. * Ensure project documentation and trackers remain current and accurate. Governance & Meeting Management * Schedule and coordinate weekly project cadence calls with relevant workstream leads, internal stakeholders, and clients. * Prepare agendas and ensure the right stakeholders are included in each meeting.
