Reporting directly to the GM – Corporate Services, the incumbent will be responsible for sourcing exclusive mandates, managing developer relationships, structuring mandate agreements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Mandate Acquisition & Business Development Identify, pitch, and secure exclusive and semi-exclusive developer mandates across Kolkata and Eastern India. Conduct market feasibility, catchment analysis, and pricing strategies to prepare compelling pitch presentations for developer promoters and key decision-makers. Structure commercial terms, marketing budgets,



and mandate fee models (revenue share / percentage commission structures). 2. Developer Relationship Management Serve as the central point of contact for onboarded mandate developers. Manage ongoing alignment between developer expectations and on-ground project sales velocity. Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews (QBRs) with developer management teams. 3. Strategy & Project Execution Oversight Collaborate with internal marketing, CRM, and site sales teams to formulate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and product launch roadmaps. Monitor inventory liquidation velocity, pricing revisions, and sales conversion funnels across active mandates. Track market intelligence, competitive launches, and regulatory updates (e.g., WBHIRA/RERA) to refine mandate positioning. 4. Commercials, Billing & Contract Governance Ensure timely execution of legal agreements, mandate contracts, and addendums. Track milestone-based collections, invoic
