The candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for a ₹800 Crore+ business, covering Institutional/Project Sales, Retail & Channel Sales, along with team leadership, profitability and market expansion. Strong and current experience in the Pune/Western Maharashtra market is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of the Pune business, including revenue, margins, profitability and collections. Drive a ₹800 Crore+ business through Institutional, Project, Retail and Channel Sales. Develop and execute business strategies for Pune and Western Maharashtra. Manage relationships with major EPCs, electrical contractors, consultants, builders, developers, industries,



institutions, dealers and distributors. Drive project enquiries, specifications, RFQs, negotiations and order closures. Strengthen and expand the dealer/distributor network and drive secondary sales. Build strong relationships with key institutional and strategic customers. Lead, mentor and develop a large sales organisation covering Institutional and Retail/Channel businesses. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and market share. Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, collection and profitability targets. Work closely with HO, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other functions.
