About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head – Legal to lead the legal function for Elior India and provide strategic and day-to-day legal support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the legal function and provide strategic legal guidance to leadership.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, customer agreements, vendor agreements, leases, NDAs and other legal documents.
Advise business and operations teams on legal risks and compliance requirements.
Manage litigation, disputes, legal notices and external counsel.
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial and regulatory laws.
Support recent business, tenders, partnerships and customer negotiations from a legal perspective.
Identify and mitigate contractual and business risks.
Develop and maintain standard contracts, legal policies and processes.
Coordinate with external lawyers,



consultants and regulatory authorities.
Provide legal inputs for M&A;, strategic projects and business expansion, wherever applicable.
Ensure timely closure and proper documentation of all legal matters.
Ideal Candidate
7–15 years of experience in corporate/in-house legal roles.
LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, litigation and compliance.
Experience handling legal matters independently and advising senior stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, drafting and communication skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and provide practical, commercially focused legal solutions.
Experience in institutional catering, hospitality, FMCG, facility management, retail or other service industries would be preferred.
