About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Zonal Training Manager – Banca to lead the training function across Kerala and Mangalore. This leadership role will focus on strengthening sales capability, driving bancassurance productivity, and mentoring a solid team of Area Training Managers.

Team Leadership

- Lead & mentor 5–8 Area Training Managers

- Drive capability development and sales effectiveness

- Monitor performance metrics & training impact

- Build a high-performance training culture across the zone

Key Responsibilities

- Own the zonal training strategy for Kerala & Mangalore

- Deliver and supervise product, sales & compliance training

- Drive insurance penetration through structured training interventions





- Partner with Regional Sales Managers & Bank stakeholders

- Lead training rollouts for new product launches

- Identify performance gaps & implement corrective action plans

- Ensure regulatory & compliance adherence

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6–12 years of experience in Insurance (Bancassurance preferred)

- Proven experience in team handling (minimum 2+ years)

- Strong exposure to life insurance products & sales processes

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Strong stakeholder management & leadership ability

- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala & Mangalore
