Job Title: Zoho Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Books Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in implementing and customizing Zoho Books and other Zoho applications to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and customization of Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement effective Zoho solutions.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of Zoho implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Zoho applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zoho applications with other business systems.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Zoho applications and recommend best practices for implementation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in implementing and customizing Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
- Solid understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop and execute project plans.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide training and support to end-users.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate Zoho applications with other business systems.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest features and capabilities of Zoho applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Creator.
- Certification in Zoho Books or other Zoho applications.
- Experience in a similar role within the finance or IT industry.
