About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to design, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Analytics, Flow, etc.). The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable, automated solutions within Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize applications using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho One suite products
- Write custom functions, workflows, and business rules using Deluge scripting language
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow
- Build custom modules, layouts, fields, and views in Zoho CRM/Creator based on business needs
- Automate business processes through workflow rules, blueprints, and macros
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
- Migrate data between systems and Zoho applications, ensuring data integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Support) to gather requirements
- Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure data security, user roles,



and permission structures are properly configured
- Stay updated with new Zoho features and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Working knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for custom widgets/portals)
- Familiarity with Zoho Flow for cross-application automation
- Understanding of database concepts (SQL, data modeling)
- Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, payment gateways, ERP systems, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have

- Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM/Creator Certified Developer)
- Experience with Zoho Books/Inventory for finance automation
- Knowledge of Python/PHP for custom backend integrations
- Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based company
- Experience with Zoho Sign, Zoho Projects, or Zoho Sprints

Soft Skills

- Solid ownership and accountability

- Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization
