Job Summary

We are looking for a YouTube Specialist to manage and grow our YouTube channel by developing engaging educational content strategies, improving video performance, and increasing audience reach, engagement, and subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete YouTube channel, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Develop YouTube content strategies aligned with academic courses, student needs, and business goals.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify trending and high-performing education topics.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata for better discoverability and SEO.
- Monitor views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, engagement, and subscriber growth and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with content creators, faculty, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams for timely video production and publishing.




- Identify opportunities to improve existing content and increase organic traffic and channel growth.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, features, and best practices relevant to the EdTech industry.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of YouTube SEO, Analytics, and channel growth strategies.
- Good understanding of educational content and student audiences.
- Knowledge of YouTube Studio and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and content-planning skills.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging video ideas.
- Basic understanding of thumbnail design and video content optimization is an advantage.
