Gen Z Youth Engagement Specialist

? Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

? What You’ll Do

Design and lead engaging programs, campaigns, and initiatives for Gen Z audiences.

Build and nurture youth communities both online and offline.

Create compelling and impactful content for social media and digital platforms.

Collaborate with schools, colleges, NGOs, youth organizations, and community networks.

Engage with young people and turn their perspectives and insights into meaningful initiatives.

Promote awareness around mental wellness, cyber safety, digital wellbeing, and social impact.

Support workshops, webinars, events, campaigns, and outreach activities.

Identify emerging youth trends and opportunities for meaningful engagement.

Contribute creative ideas to strengthen youth-focused programs and initiatives.

? What We’re Looking For





Strong interest in youth engagement, psychology, social impact, digital culture, or related fields.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Creative mindset with a solid interest in content creation and social media.

Good understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and digital platforms.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to connect naturally with young people and understand their perspectives.

Strong creative thinking and ability to express ideas effectively.

Experience in community building, event management, social media, content creation, youth programs, or outreach is an advantage.
