We are currently looking for a Zoho CRM SME (Subject Matter Expert) with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho CRM, with experience in customizing and configuring CRM.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the customization and configuration of Zoho CRM to meet business needs.
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders to ensure the CRM system aligns with business processes.
- Provide expert knowledge and support in the use and maintenance of Zoho CRM.
- Conduct training sessions for users on how to effectively use Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the CRM system.
- Keep up to date with the latest Zoho CRM updates and features and implement these as necessary.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM.
- Proven experience in customizing and configuring CRM.
- Strong skills in gathering and interpreting business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
