We’re Hiring: Workforce.com Consultants | Multiple Modules
Nocko Global Solutions is expanding its HR Technology consulting capability and is looking to connect with experienced Workforce.com consultants for upcoming implementation and support engagements.
We are interested in specialists across different areas of the Workforce.com platform, including:
- Time & Attendance
- Employee Scheduling & Shift Management
- Labor Forecasting
- HR / HRIS
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Payroll
- Wage & Hour / Pay Rules
- Leave & PTO Management
- Reporting & Analytics
- Integrations with HRIS, Payroll, POS and other third-party systems
Workforce.com brings scheduling, HR, time tracking and payroll together for hourly workforces, so we are particularly interested in consultants who understand how these areas work together rather than only having theoretical product knowledge.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on Workforce.com implementation or consulting experience
- Strong functional knowledge in at least one of the areas above
- Experience with configuration, requirements gathering, testing and deployment
- Ability to work directly with international customers and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of workforce management processes
- Integration experience would be an advantage
- Previous end-to-end Workforce.com implementation experience is highly desirable
We are open to both module specialists and consultants with broader end-to-end Workforce.com expertise.

Projects: International clients
Experience: Relevant hands-on Workforce.com experience is essential
