We are looking for an experienced Work Visa Consultant – Team Leader to lead the work visa counseling team and manage the complete client conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the Work Visa Consulting team.
- Counsel clients on suitable work visa options and eligibility.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads.
- Guide team members in counseling, documentation, and application procedures.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Review applications and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle escalated client cases and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the application/processing team for smooth visa processing.
- Prepare and report team performance and conversion updates to management.
- Stay updated on work visa requirements, procedures, and country-specific changes.

Requirements:

- 2–4+ years of experience in Work Visa/Immigration Consulting.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable client-handling ability.
