About The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on WordPress Web Designer &

- Developer to own the day-to-day build and upkeep of all our web platforms. Your primary focus is creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web pages, especially landing pages, ensuring excellent performance and reliability. You will manage hosting and technical operations, handle integrations with our membership and learning platform ecosystem, and ensure seamless user experiences. Our technology stack includes WordPress, Elementor as our page builder, MemberPress for memberships/subscriptions, and multiple integrations with our LMS, Xano DB, SSO, and other tools. This role is closely aligned with marketing and product operations, requiring someone dependable, fast, and detail-oriented to support our digital presence effectively.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in web design and development, particularly with WordPress, is essential. Proven expertise in managing complex websites, integrations, and technical operations is required. Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is necessary.

Experience working with membership/subscription platforms like MemberPress, and familiarity with hosting management, website security,



and performance optimization are crucial. Additionally, experience in integrating third-party tools such as LMS, CRM, APIs, and SSO systems will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Website Design &

- Development (WordPress + Elementor)

- Design and build responsive web pages in WordPress using Elementor, ensuring clean UX, brand consistency, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Create and maintain reusable components, templates, and global styles to keep the website scalable and consistent.
- Conduct thorough QA to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance before publishing.

Landing Pages &

- Campaign Builds

- Develop high-performing landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead generation initiatives.
- Implement forms, call-to-actions, and page sections based on marketing or stakeholder specifications.
- Optimize pages for speed and performance, ensuring lightweight sections and optimized assets.

Membership &

- Subscription Website Operations (MemberPress)

- Configure and maintain MemberPress settings including pricing pages, checkout processes, access rules, and member account management.
- Troubleshoot membership-related issues impacting user experience, such as access problems or checkout errors.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure membership flows align with current business rules and updates.

Integrations &

- Technical Connectivity (LMS, Xano DB, SSO, etc.)

- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with LMS platforms, data systems like Xano, and authentication systems such as SSO.
- Manage data flows, APIs, and webhooks to ensure seamless information exchange across platforms.




- Address and resolve technical issues related to plugins, APIs, and third-party integrations, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.

Hosting, Reliability, Security &

- Maintenance

- Oversee hosting environments, monitor uptime, perform backups, and manage staging/live workflows.
- Ensure website performance through caching, CDN management, image optimization, and database maintenance.
- Implement security best practices, including SSL configurations, permission settings, updates, and vulnerability assessments.

Ongoing Site Improvements &

- Support

- Maintain and update existing pages, add new sections, and implement content edits or design refreshes.
- Document key site systems, plugins, and integrations to facilitate troubleshooting and future enhancements.
